my son is 2 years 9 months old.. he is not eating or drinking anything.. if we are trying to feed something he is crying

A. Hello mom could be he is not hungry and also could very possible be a tummy issue , observe his activity throughout the day , is he active as usual or dull and cranky ? Check his urine and stool output
