Q.
my baby is 2 years 9 months she is not eating solids and milk drinking very less that too I will feed her during sleep. I tried in so many ways to feed her

Hello mom Possibly they could be some health concerns as such that the child is avoiding to eat or drink anything make sure at least water and other fluids are been given to keep her hydrated observe her motion and urine output and her overall behaviour is it dull or she active as usual
