Q.

My son is 2 year old but never speak to me Or replying to me. he says sometimes mamma dadda baba but but dont do when I asked.

A. for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keTep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .

A. Hi Maybe it is a little bit of delay in the speech but still to be on the safer side I am going to advise you to consult a sick child psychologist ones because you’re saying that your child is not listening to you and not saying things when you want them to say so it’s better to get it assessed with a doctor ones
