my son is 2 months old. not pooping from 1 week. he is on complete breastfeed. he is active, not crying and stomach also normal. is there any concern?

Not much concern as such when babies are exclusively breast fed it is fine if they are unable to pass motions for maximum of 6 to 7 days without showing any signs of discomfort as such
massage their abdominal area
do the cycle movements as well
take care of your diet and have good amounts of fluids and soft and fibre including diet
