my son is 2 months old he got white spots on face how to treat at home

If it is due to dryness then you can apply evion vitamin E cream that you can use any other thing and also give a calcium supplement let me tell you white spots are associated with lot of other people also so I think it would be more suggested for you to consult your doctor once
