my son is 2.9yrs but still unable to speak...he speaks in different languages which we don't understand...also doesn't chew eatables items

Both Third thing is about eating and about not speaking or definitely not in place so first of all you please consult your paediatrician for that you are eating habits and all these things about the child and secondly consult a speech therapist about the speech of your child
