my son is 2.8 month old and he is sick from past 20 days like getting fever then vomiting n thn losemotion n he is a eating selected food but now from past 10 days he doesn't eat at all. only ate namkeen biscuit lays bt not the right food. he rejects always and hungary all the day what can i do?
