Q.

My son is 2.5 years old, hardly he speak 2 or 3 words that too Amma ,attha or mama. and he pronounce them randomly but not during our interactions/communication. please suggest it's a common or not? as I can see couple of kids with 1 year old also speaks more

A. babies now two and a half years old what you are telling is actually a speech of up to one year of age so baby is having some amount of speech delay you have to interact with baby also please consult with your speech therapist and pediatrician
