Q.

My son is 2.5 month old. I am giving bottle feeding(breast milk). But he always get choking(aspiration)/ porai eruthal in tamil 3-4 times on every feed.. I am giving slow feeding and in elevated position only. Still this is not getting solved..please give some suggestion

A. It’s very important that you keep your child’s head in the elevated position when you feed your child and that is how it is going to be easier for the child to accept the feed that you give still if you face the problem then you can consult a lactation specialist for that
