my son is 13 months old, last three days se usko loose motions and two days se vomiting ho Rahi hai. wo kuch bhi khata hai to vomiting ho jaati hai or use kuch bhi khana accha nahi lagta..what can I do? or use khaane may kya du to thodi immunity bani rahe

I think it is either because of food poisoning or some infection in to the stomach of your child will have to have a physical assessment of your child as on that basis only the doctor can advise you with the right medicines that you can be going ahead with after making the diagnosis
