Hi Approximately 4 1/2 feet as of now so I would say the height is also less as well as the weight of your child is too much your child is on the higher obese category as of now you should consult a nutritionist for that they can advise you with the right kind of meal plan you should decide for your child regularly so that the weight comes down which time
