Q.

my son is 10.5 y old his weight is 26 kg only .what should I do??

A. Hello mom a little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and been eating a healthy balanced diet .. so note to worry if that’s the case .. give him healthy choices such as dry fruits and nuts , lentils like chana, rajma etc , milk , panner , ghee , sago , stuff paranthas, whole grain cereals, eggs
