my son in now 6 month and 17 days old he is not crawling not sitting

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support.
After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker gushould be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking becausej the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Child should be made set after completing these of six months with support and by the age of eight months to 8 1/2 month a child learns to sit independently and when comes to crawling that happens mostly by the age of 9 to 10 months
