my son having ghamori or rash on his face...please see attached picture....advise is it ghamori or something else ?

A. for heat rashes Ghamoriya.. you can use suthol liquid after bath.. you can use Himalaya baby prickly heat powder or nycil powder or candid dusting powder.. you can use cucumber juice apply with cotton ball then bath baby..
