my son has this kind of swelling in his neck since August 1st once I slapped him ...on cheeks as he was doing naughtyness may be it was hard or tight slap and noticed this kind of swelling in his neck ganth jaisa .. now it's November 18 still it's there he had typoid last month had plenty antibiotics still this swelling is not gone is it because of slap or something dangerous coz if it's lymph node why is it getting bigger and not going so mny months

A. local sonography will be needed to ascertain what is the cause of such swelling in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
