You should post the photo of the baby along with question as it is, difficult to diagnosethe skin allergy so its better to consult your paediatrician once and get it checked as physical examination helps in proper diagnosis if the problem and apply Cetaphil baby daily lotion on rashes and avoid itching or scratching the skin
