My son has red scars in his lips. Can pumpkin cause some allergy and is this red scars a reaction of that? I started giving him pumpkin on Wednesday afternoon and this red scars appeared next day morning. Till then no such scars were there. He is active and eating food well. please reply.

A. Might be if after introducing pumpkin the rashes appear so stop giving it and then check and if rashes spread then give Allegra syrup to the child and avoid itching or scratching the skin usually the rages around mouth are due to food allergy only

A. good morning yes definitely possible that I might be having some kind of an allergy to a particular food being consumed I would request you to please observe and accordingly you should stop given that particular food items
