hello my 3 month son got red scars and swelling on his face and fingers

A. Ice cube you can apply I think your child has been bitten by a stingy mosquito this is a swelling because of mosquito bite keep applying cold or ice pack that and then you apply coconut oil over the period it is going to settle down without any hassle
