my son has fever and I saw that his skin peeling from his palm , is it normal ??? if not what can be applied to it .

A. not normal.. keep him well hydrate.. good to consult with paedriatician.. apply Vaseline jello on palms daily. give all seasonal fruit and veggies . . . ,
