my baby is 18 months old and palm skin is peeling. he is having dry cough. can you please guide treatment?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ascoril LS syrup to the baby you bl cold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
