My son has been vomiting since morning and is only asking for water. He's not eating anything

A. Ors you should add into water that is going to be good because that is going to help in maintaining strength and energy into the body other than that still if the child does not feel better by tomorrow then you please get it checked with your doctor could be due to heat stroke also
