my son has 102 temprature with cold extrimities th3n i give him 5ml T98....sponging helps to lower temprature...he is very active n playful all day suddenly fever occurs. he hqs nose block from 2days.

kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
whether higher medicines (ibugesic /f meftal-p)are required or not will be told by the doctor.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
do body xsponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.

today he is less active and fever is 102. paracetamol is not able to reduce fever for even 2hrs.he vomits at night so give iv paracetamol but after that his temp not coming down. tommorow blood test should be done.
