my son had viral fever for 3 days and today's it's 4th day he has 99.9 temperature sometimes and I stopped given Crocin as per doctor advise..he strted having cold and cough for which I am given medicine. so is it common that viral fever ends with cold and cough?

A. no need to give medicines below 100 degrees Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
