My son had open heart surgery I need healthy recipes so that he can get more protein finer vitamins in less quantity

A. Hi Mom Give calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole vegetables cereals etc Take a good care Wash your hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
