my son had fever last night with vomiting same condition today what is the reason?

A. baby is 10 month it's normal to notice fever spikes for 3 to 5 days In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
