my child is suffering from food poisoning and doing vomiting continuously since 3days visited the doctor but still the condition is same

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Food poisoning usually goes away on its own in a few days. To help your child feel better in the meantime, make sure he or she: Gets plenty of rest. Drinks liquids to protect against dehydration.
