my son got small pimple like sores on hands, legs and face. used perimethrin fir 2 times. day by day they are decreasing and suddenly increasing. feeling very itchy and spending sleepless nights because of those. plse suggest better medicine sir

it could be allergical problem or infection.
so please keep an eye on your child diet
avoid giving oily , spicy and Citrus fruits for now
keep your child well hydrated
skip suspected cosmetics.
dress your child in Cotton clothes.
give bath with warm water and neem leaves.
