Yeah do you see fever also if it is spreading in the entire body check for that also because sometimes kids can suffer with chickenpox but with that comes with a pimples on the entire body along with fever and sometimes it’s only the pimple that it could probably be due to rash or heat into the body so for that you can apply calamine lotion
