Q.
my son gng to complete his 2years on Feb 14th but still he dint talk anything .. making some sounds of letters only .. but still he respond to the questions in actions.. quiet worried about why he dint talk till now even I am talking to him always

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. age of 2 years babies can speak small sentences of two to three words if the vocabulary of the baby is not there if baby is understanding probably baby may be having expressive aphasia consult your doctor for advice
