Q.

my son does not eat cake or anything new he does not eat home made sweets also dry items like chapathi poori he eats dosa he does not eat please suggest some issue? why is he like that

A. Madam you’ll have to stop giving the food that your child always wants to eat you just have to start giving what’s naturally we eat at home every day if Roti is not eating it’s okay you can just tell your child that if you don’t want to eat it’s okay but this is what is that if you want to eat that this is it I know sounds very harsh but if you do not break the pattern then the child is always going to be stubborn you’ll have to break the pattern by giving different foods to the child and why not offering what is the comfort food for your child
