Q.

my son dengue report is igm non reactive igg reactive ns1 non reactive his platlets are 245 but haemoglobin is low and rbc is low he is currently not having fever, playing well,eating well,urinating well is thr a need to worry. is he ok.. need hospitalisation... i m just asking this for a second opinion dr gave us 2 days for home care with medication after 2 days again a test is gonna done and then decide whats further but still i m worried... what is actually in report nothing is clear to me... please help me what is indicates.... is thr a need to worry.. is he needed

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and according to his blood report he needs plenty of fluids and nutritious food items and just keep a watch on him

A. it is only after the investigations that this could be decided for now you can continue to follow doctor advice and medicines given further regarding this to get more details and to clear all your queries properly you should consult your nearby Doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it becomes difficult to comment here in detail without proper evaluation
