Q.
My son birth weight is 2.2kg,now what should be the ideal weight for his age? when can we start other type of feed to him? My son's skin became dry,what are the causes and how to treat it? what should be the quantity of milk to be fed him every day?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, if your son's weight at birth was 2.2 kg, then the weight after 2 months should be at least 3.2 kg.
you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. introduce top food after 6 months.
breastfeed baby on demand that is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants.
