my son arvik 3 years completed black mark in fore head in birth it will change are not' whatcan we do

A. Mummy is a birthmark then it is not going to go or change it is going to say the same way as it is but in case you want to have a detailed understanding over it or can it be changed or not according to what it is you can check with the skin doctor
