my son age 3years 11 months he is suffering from cold unable to breathe from last night can I use maxtra tonic

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than three years of age if having both cold and nose blockage definitely you can use maxtra to the baby 2.5 ml three times a day and put nasoclear drops in the nose
