My son aayu is 2 yrs 9 month old but he is not able to speak a proper sentence just use single words like mom papa dida dada but other childrens of his age group speaks clear sentences I consult with a speech therapist he said he is completely a normal child then why don’t he speaks clearly .

proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 2 years of age. 
there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.

the most important thing is that befofre speech understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.
by 18 months if the child is not following basic commanxds then only you have to meet the doctor

keep conversing with your child more
keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc.
take your child to the park and let him play with kids.
