my son 9 month 11 days more he didn't start speaking when he started speech he just shouting not pronounced words, then whenever he passing urine he started crying loudly else he pressing tightly and then passing what is the reason please explain

proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 2 years of age. 
there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.

the most important thing is that before speech understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.
