my son 8 yr old and his weight 42 kg got fever -101.5° from afternoon and after giving crocin ds -10 ml his fever not subsidised now at 6:30pm.i gave him meftal p-10 ml plz suggest me wat should I do or which medicine should i prefer thank you

A. please continue the medicine and do cold sponging Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
