My Son 7yr, still no speech. only shouting whole day, but good understanding. pl suggest

Seven years is an extremely extremely high time where using the child doesn’t have speech the child is only screaming we suggest you to visit a speech therapist at the child doesn’t pick up on the speech by the time of 2 1/2 years I think it’s really high time you please see your doctor as soon as possible
