my son 4 years 4 months age he always mouths alsars and lips dry and he drinks water regularly and 1 more his skin colour and neck colour different neck is dark colour since his childhood pls tell the reason doctor im worried about his health

use zytee gel on moutg ulcers give lots of cfluids n fruits, fruit juice, green veggies.
do daily massage her neck woth goofld oil, do gental scrub with cottin ckoth
