my son's age is 4 years his hands and legs are very hard and he had dry skin

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. try applying a good moisturizer immediately after bath. at this stage it gets well absorbed into the skin. apply once again at night. apply coconut oil before bath once a week. atogla lotion is very good for dry skin.you can give that a try. otherwise cetaphil is also good.
