My son 3 yrs 10 months old having little conspitation and complaining about lower abdomen mild pain.. his stool is slightly slimy as well.

This could be associated with stomach infection or precisely with constipation if the motion is having a little slime that can be a possibility of stomach infection as well so it would be better that you consult your doctor once for further assistance please
