My son 3 years 4 months old having fever around 101.8 degrees, how much paracetamol syrup I can give to him, his weight is 17 kgs.

A. you can give 250 mg of paracetamol every sixth hourly depending on the need Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
