my son 3 + year old. last mon Jan 28 and 29 he had fever then after giving paracetamol 200 syrup no fever . but he is not eating food . from today onwards whater he ate he vomiting like that 3 times he did. I gave ondeston syrup after no vomit. but he is so dull n lying
