having fever for 3 days for which I take paracetamol now no fever but having cough in my chest and head

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like coughs so it is very better that you should consult with your physician or for time being take syrup Tus Q D 7 ml three times a day

A. it is always advisable if your having fever chest congestion and cough to consult a doctor for a property examination since the pandemic it is not advisable to live without examination
