my daughter is six month old having fever and cold and cough... for fever we gave paracetamol.

A. yes can be given paracetamol for fever. baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies. Can give drops paracetamol like calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours .
