my son 20 months old...he is too active...he is himself....will talk like amma..nanna... atha..thatha...and meny more sounds...but not calling is...he will play well with kids...and with parents also...bit while calling him by name....is not seeing not responding....he will will play with toys with doing someny sounds with loud voice....eye contact with is is less....is it normal r not....plz tell me

A. is it challenge 20 months old and the child is not responding to the sum for calling you should consult your doctor one for a property assessment of the child to rule out any other cause
