Q.

my kid 3 year old ..still not talking....and he used few words amma nanna thatha atha and dha...these are the 5 words ...he saying... sometimes.....but not regularly

A. hello encourage the child n give it more opportunity to speak n also check with ur doctor if speech therapy is needed for the child can help ur child .
