Q.
My son,2 yrs, has developed a rash on face. it started with a small pimple size but now it looks like it is spreading. please suggest what to do about it? I have applied soframycin but it is not reduced.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday axnd maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.
clean the area with soap and water x
