my son 2.5yrs old gives a hard time to eat. how can I encourage him to have food and also encourage to eat by himself. he eats 2 bites and throws the food away.

Hello mom try to have family meals whenever possible and they Learn a lot through observing, next would be try to present the food in different ways and also try to read age appropriate books or sing while feeding make his meal time fun and not a stressful time
