my son 2.5 month old.he is having cold and fever and irumal.pls suggest me how to recover ?

A. Wikoryl af drops can b given to the child and calpol for fever and then h can repeat it after every six hours and if u see temp is rising then only u can give medication to the child otherwise its not needed to b given to the child
